The Gallery Director will assist artists with the task of identifying and inviting potential buyers.

General Information:

All art is to be suitable for family viewing; the gallery is in a business center. Art is to be delivered ready to hang on a wire. The maximum size is 54 inches on any side. Please do not deliver heavy pieces. Each artist will sign an Exhibit Agreement which established the commission on sales of 20% to the ECBC; contains a waiver of responsibility for the ECBC and the St. Clair Gallery; and allows sold pieces to be replaced by the artist as soon as possible..

The Gallery Director will need three volunteers to help hang the exhibit on September 22, 10:00am to 2:00pm. And two volunteers to assist with the setting up of the reception on October 19, 2:30 to 3:00 pm.

The ECBC will accept payment for art that is sold by credit card or cash, and the artwork will be delivered to the buyer. The funds will be turned over to the artist. For payment by check, the check must be made payable to the artist, who will decide when to deliver the artwork based on whether or not the buyer is known to the artist. The artist will then pay the St. Clair Gallery the commission. Art is sold for the price on the Title Card, no tax is added. Artists shall price work to include all expenses, including taxes.

The Gallery Director will work out any difficult times or dates with the artists.

The East County Business Center reserves the right to refuse any entry.
