About Us

The St. Clair Gallery is the brain child of Lee Mench and Carolyn St. Clair who envisioned an art gallery nestled in the public space of the East County Business Center, a building that provides office space and business services to the community of El Cajon, California. Lee is the building owner and Carolyn is an art and framing consultant. The Gallery Director, Howard Bagley, arranges and manages the art exhibits and interfaces with the art community of San Diego.
